Daniela & Steven’s wedding day was perfection from beginning to end! From the moment I walked into her suite, I have never found such a chill bride. Surrounded my her best friends and family and just enjoying every second of her day.
But before I continue, if you know me…you know I am a sucker for a good love story and had to share the sweetest snippet of their’s via their wedding site. It’s the perfect opportunity to reminisce on how it all started in their words…
Strange things happen in life. Some good, some bad and some just “meh”. The joy of your first bite of ice cream, the satisfaction of your first personal accomplishment as an adult or dealing with the aftermath of losing someone you love, are among the several dips, turns and sometimes terrifying screams in this rollercoaster ride we call life. But what makes it really worth getting on is getting to share that ride with the one person you love more than anything. Your ride or die. The “I got your back no matter what”. The one who pokes fun at all your little quirks but is fascinated by them at the same time. Finding that one person makes all the difference.
The story of Daniela and Steve begins like most enduring love stories, by the guy ghosting and standing up the girl during her birthday celebration. Some say it wasn’t a cool move, others will say he didn’t technically stand her up since he never committed in attending, but that’s neither here or there. Where things really pick up was when we exchanged pictures of our dogs shortly after Daniela’s birthday. A debate emerged about who’s dogs is cuter and then a date was planned to settle the argument once and for all. Little did we know that after that night, we found that one person that makes all the difference.
The rest is history!
And here we are to today… that may have been history, but it’s here that they begin the next chapter in their future! We had a blast celebrating and I hope you enjoy some of my favorite highlights of their day!
